oh hedenism bot!

the word of the week is ostentatious

whether in referance to Rococo or Oscar Wilde, this is a word that has appeared on my radar a lot more recently

I particularly like it because it sounds all stuck up, but is spelled exactly like is sounds like it would

yay ostentatious!

Abraxxia's Gambit

so here's my deal:
for the purposes of writing an introduction to the most important paper of the semester, I need to come up with a significant greek archaeological find from circa 1900 so I can claim it influenced a certain moravian archaeologist
I found it! Knossos excavations began in 1900 on the nose. Unfortunatly I need something with stonework and friezes and Knossos is all frescos!
